Pros

Culture is service focused and it reflects the people working at the property level. Most of the employees (called "associates") are emotionally vested.

Cons

Ownership drives many decisions - not Marriott management - which unfortunately can leave to short sightedness.

Pros

I really did enjoy all all of my experiences. They foster your growth and the Directors at the Grande Lakes property are fantastic. There are consistent opportunities to advance.

Cons

The only downside is the food in the employee cafeteria.
