      Pretty nice and easy job as long as you can think fast on your feet.

      Pros

      Nice benefits. Adequate pay. Business is based on customers. Only about an hour's worth of paperwork and preparing to do, sometimes not even that much.

      Cons

      Stand on your feet for 8 hours without any kind of mat for helping feet or knee pain. Have to buy expensive shoes just so you don't experience as severe pain.

      Work culture, Brand Name, Market leader

      Phathetic management one will ever encounter, No sense of belongingness or connectivity with staff.... huuuuuuge gap between Senior level management and lower level... The only thing bad about Marriott (Gurgaon) is Management... Change dis and it will become Heaven to work !!!!!
