      Pros

      Great people, great opportunity for growth. Lots of support from upper management in terms of helping you boost your career within the company.

      Cons

      Compensation is not great (although the benefits package is quite good). The hours put in do not always leave time for much of a personal life (moreso w/ management). Minimal opportunity for overtime pay.

      Associate discount Fellow employees are friendly

      Cons

      Compensation is way below market value. You will be asked to work many hours and have no choice because things have to get done. Work-life balance is a foregone thought. Non-existent communication from middle management. I felt like they did not care about me. Offices are dungeon-like and have not been updated since the 80s. No windows and depressing environment to work in. Their employee cafeteria serves some pretty gross food.
