      Pros

      Many people have been there 20+ years. New ownership is stepping up their game. Senior Management is starting to listen to employee ideas. Very friendly and supportive work environment. Great benefits. Supportive Senior Management. Ability to transfer if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not great, but is at or above average for the region. Due to longevity of staff, it is very difficult to get promoted.

      Pros

      The management are all very considerate and thank you at the end of each shift. The companies provide lots of benefits and opportunities for personal/professional growth (e.g. tuition reimbursements, Rosetta Stone) which all makes for happy and a hospitable work environment. The company's ethos is that if employees are treated well they will then treat the guest well and the guests will return. Annual employee appreciation weeks and regular special employee events.

      Cons

      Very limited on site parking, "official" employee parking is about 1/2 a mile in the garage up the street and theres no shuttle service to provide transportation to it. So if you work late nights it can be intimidating. The price of the employee meals isn't worth the cheap crockery its served on. You sometimes lose a sense of yourself and feel like a robot.

      Pros

      Co-workers are generally nice and will help you out. The managers are also reasonable and will communicate with you on a day to day basis. Business was kind of slow, but due to economy. The customers are usually pleasant.

      Cons

      Sometimes the people you work with will not come in time for the next shift. Otherwise, everything was okay and easy.
