      Compared to other employers, this company offers good benefits, has a lot of on-site facilities for employees' use; promotes "Go Green" life style and provides a reasonably good balance between life and work.

      Cons

      Lower level management is very rigid and does not appreciate creative thinking and new ideas; the work process is based on voluminous handbooks, rather than common sense and reasonable judgment; every little thing has to be cleared with/approved by the manager and go through never-ending tiers of the corporate structure; too many personality clashes among employees due to poor management on the lower level; no real opportunities for advancement

      Benefits, Culture, Room Discounts, Programs, Ability to transfer departments within 6 months of starting a position, Great 401k and profit sharing, Paid Time Off starts almost immediately after you start working.

      Cons

      Hard to balance work and family life, Have little to no option when it comes to getting holidays off, poor compensation for lower management position
