Pros
- A lot of opportunity provided by the company for Learning and Development - Although it is an international organization they do a good job of being flexible and innovative, something other international organizations I've worked for struggled with. - I've had 3 managers who have all been supportive of my growth and helped me get to the next step in my career - The company makes it easy to transfer in between operating companies, allowing for a wide range of career paths under one organization -Comparable compensation and benefits, good 401k match and automatic contribution

- The flexibility and innovation is generally a positive, but it can be an environment of frequent change
