      Pros

      Work culture is very good. Flexibility in terms of shifts we can come in. There is a lot of respect for the people and position you are in.

      Cons

      Dearth of opportunities. Talent pool isn't that great. Pay should be matched without the market which isn't the case. Main causes of the attrition have been because of Talent pool and Pay. Very less effort on Talent retention
