Great company, fun environment. Also pigs do not fly by here on the weekly, fun fact.

Cons

Pay is lower than the rest but in this economy you take what you get, I have a family of 4 and we are hardly getting by

Pros

Heavy on procedures and policies. Leadership partnership was great, laid out expectation, big on transformation

Cons

Decided to outsource their HR Operations team over to India and Kentucky for cost savings when the former team quality was above average. Restructuring Ops ended up being back some of their resources in house again. Paper driven environment. Medical benefits were high.
