Awesome training, many opportunities to grow professionally and nice people to learn from. I had a really nice time working for this Company.

Cons

Managers are not always available and sometimes the Company doesn't provide all the tools to perform your job at the best. Low salary for entry level.

Good pay. Great benefits. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

It was my first job after college. The calls are non-stop. You can't move from your desk. Everything is timed down to the second, including bathroom breaks. Calls are monitored and scored. There is no down time and this type of job carries a high burn out rate. I was miserable for two years. High stress. Little support.

Thank you for the feedback. While being in such a structured and disciplined environment is really a good learning experience, it shouldn't be this stressful. We need to do better.
