      work life balance is a plus and the people are generally friendly. If you work hard and smile, there are plenty of opportunities to grow your career. #1 in many metrics in the industry and broad experience does not hinder moving into parallel industries or professions. Such as to a client or an insurer.

      salary and compensation is lower than competitors and often need to leave to get desired pay or new title
