Managers are not your typical managers in my office it is more of a popularity contest. My manager constantly gossips and talks bad about other employees and their families. Manager will do anything to make themselves look better and you look bad. Nothing is professional about manager

Pros

Marsh offers a great benefit package and once was a great place to work.

Cons

Once the higher ups decided that to save money jobs needed to be outsource the company went downhill fast. The management team stop talking with employees on future plans, the quality of work went down and reports were being made that did NOT show the correct outcome or progress just to show their decisions were correct.
