      Pros

      Great quality of coworkers.Good teamwork and camaraderie among peers. Nice working environment with an easy commute. It's in Iowa.

      Cons

      Revolving door of senior executives. For example, at least 6 different CEO s in 10 years making it impossible to chart a strategic course then sail there.

      Pros

      Great benefit package, great resources available, hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, largest risk management broker in the world.

      Cons

      Performance Reviews are biased, compensation needs to be raised for certain position, career limitations, more training needs to be provided in general to avoid large E&O's.
