Pros

The benefits are good, but not a lot of clear communication from HR. Great co-workers. They think that they are progressive because they provide snacks and beverages for employees.!

Cons

Management is clueless. No training, no clear procedures, no work load balance. They expect you to work nights and weekends and then do not appreciate when you do. The good people are starting to leave, and are being replaced with kids, who are inexperienced. It is sad to see how quickly it is going down hill. No appreciation for loyal, hardworking employees. They just dump more on you, and as they are not experienced, they do not understand how to help you. They only care about "A" accounts/clients, and top selling producers. The management team is a joke. They lie straight to your face. All about control and favoritism.

It's really disturbing to read what a negative experience you had here. I mean this sincerely - I hope the next company you work for is a better fit.

Pros

Sharp Colleagues Great Clients Resource specialists Unique and engaging projects

Cons

Work life balance is a joke - consultants often on road 75% of time Lots of quality staff leaving Dated technology Arrogant senior leadership Poor or zero raises past 6 years Last year have seen a palpable shift from management whereby share price outweighs employee morale/satisfaction/burnout

Pros

The starting pay for individuals without any experience in a brokerage firm is competitive.

Cons

They DO NOT offer annual raises or cost of living adjustments, despite what they say in the interview process. It is extremely difficult to advance and they, again despite what they claim, DO NOT value education or pay more for higher education.
