Cons

Not the most innovative especially in their tech. It’s an insurance company and they haven’t invested in their technology like they should for the company if it’s size

Pros

Compensation is good, benefits are good. Above average PTO offered. I do not feel pressured to put in 50 hour work weeks. If you get your job done then you can thrive here. There is plenty of potential to make additional bonuses that are practical to obtain.

Cons

Corporate red tape applies to a lot day-to-day. It is difficult to implement new ideas. Auditing for compliance purposes can be tedious and nitpicking.
