      People are nice. Helpful for the most part. Was able to learn a bit but with the turnover i feel i have not been able to do the job i signed up for an am spending hours on end each week making up for the lack of support that was supposed to be in place.

      Cons

      work 11+ hours for weeks on end during busy times. No raise. A somewhat decent bonus to hide the lack of the raise. Very disappointed when i am in a group with "best performance since mid 2000's" and "am a great employee taking on extra responsibility with support and admin staff leaving".
