      Pros

      The offices are nice. There are some really good people. There is a lot of flexibility with job if you are producing work.

      Cons

      They do not pay women fairly. They do not address conflict issues and will skirt around everything so they look as if they are a good company. They do not follow their core values. They do not hold people accountable for their poor attitudes and behaviors.
