Managers are not trained to manage, do not supply feedback or welcome it. HR supports managers. Nepotism and favorites receive jobs and promotions, not open to new ideas or change. Increased use of therapy while working there.

Except my reporting managers (who left the org because of extreme politics) nothing is good. The infrastructure is really good, thats it!

Cons

I and my team had a very bad experience in terms of support from HOD. We had a great team of 6 people this includes Directors. All of them have resigned and now its just one person who is left in the org and is struggling over there. If you are getting an opportunity in Cyber Risk Consulting team which is under Knowledge Services vertical, kindly do not go in the team even they are ready to give you a higher package.
