Really sorry but I couldn't find any good points

Cons

Very bad experience for hiring team. Unfair hiring Even if you attend the assessment test correctly,you will get the rejection mail. I tried through virtual drive hiring. First there was zoom meeting on which one is going to waste their time for around 1-1:30 hr then there is test for about 1:30 hr which even if you know you have attended correctly, they don't select you. Very unfair. After writing so many mails, there is no response from them . I don't recommend to go for it if you trust your worth

Company is good in terms pay and perks, benefits and bonusses. I have seen one for an average performance gets up to 90% or more as its bonus.

Cons

Projects are not tech savvy. Generally you will to work on simple projects.

Met some intelligent and interesting co workers and the pay was fine for the job at hand.

Cons

The curse of middle management; too many trainers, team leaders and managers not really contributing to anything productive, just there to police people constantly. Holidays next to impossible to get when you want them; this seemed to be a dealbreaker for some staff who left because of this
