Competitive salaries during joining State of the art offices Good Work-Life balance if youre in a stable and streamlined project

Cons

Cannot detach from work even on off days if you're in a new project or one which isn't streamlined. Lack of transparency around performance & appraisals Annual performance evaluations aren't fair with decisions being made at directorial level on face value. Top managers just care about work and not the career advancement of surbordinates Non existent goal setting Questionable decision making by top management around hiring. Wrong talent hired by senior leadership at senior levels without consulting affected project managers/members resulting in overhead and hindrance to day to day work rather than benefit
