The environment is very toxic, managers force overtime and even working during leave. HR is inefficient and has little to no employee engagement. Too much workload and management keeps saying yes to additional work without having more FTEs. Resistant to change especially in streamlining processes to be more efficient and effective. Leaders don’t support the team. There is no work life balance, personal space and privacy is also invaded.
