The COO emails you if you haven't done your Elearning, even though the completion date is not due! Absolute micromanagement and lack of confidence in people. I have spoken to so many people who talk about bullying behaviour and its so true. Senior leaders really inappropriate and some even making jokes about people's mental health. Belittling behaviour and speaking down to people. It's ignored regularly. So toxic which is why people are going off sick.

Was promised great "work-life balance" and flexibility only to be questioned and guilted into working on PTO days and cancelling doctor appointments. Any company that monitors "badge swipes" to ensure you're in at least 3-4 days a week is not a company I'd like to work for; what a great way to show how much you trust and value your employees. You have an absentee VP that has given the Director free reign over the department. The Director has done an amazing job creating a toxic work environment(which can only be described as very Squid Game-ish) micro managing every individual on the team and pinning each Manager against each other. Not to mention the condescending and sarcastic remarks that you'll be met with from the Director on a daily basis. You'll receive every criticism in the book but you'll never be met with an ounce of positive gratification; you're nothing but a number to this team, this team is a revolving door. If given an offer to join this team don't walk, run away!
