It’s a professional environment, yet people are very approachable and friendly. The office is fantastic—modern, close to the Thames (perfect for some fresh air at lunchtime!), and equipped with a lovely cafeteria and several flexible workspaces. The company is innovative and supportive, with a strong focus on work–life balance. Very good benefits and culture. They’re leaders in their field, and I learned a great deal during my time there.

Cons

Like in many businesses, there can be unpredictability, and my team was made redundant. However, this hasn’t tarnished the positive experience I had there—it’s just a shame it ended that way.
