      Good 'first job' Nice building. Lot's of talented co-workers.

      Cons

      Restrictive budget for hiring and promoting. Complaints about harassment go ignored. We say we love innovation but employees who create new tools and systems are not compensated.

      Croneyism, no accountability at senior levels, mid/juniors are continuously scapegoated for management poor or lack of decisions. Seniors regularly steal credit for subordinates' work "Collateral Duties" is a catch-all phrase which, when decoded, means that you have to work long hours with no hope of recognition or compensation to mitigate senior managements' mistakes
