      - Great & knowledgeable colleagues - Cross OpCo (Operating Companies) opportunities & knowledge sharing - Pro-active stance wrt LGBTA issues & great veteran community

      Cons

      - Traditional command and control structure - New York centric driven culture - Despite being a 'global' (parent) company, not used to work internationally, in contrast to OpCos - Women leave in droves - Habit of yearly redundancy rounds before Christmas of great people: They know the number to avoid labour scrutiny and the blend ages, positions and sexes just right to avoid any flags. - Old IT infrastructure/tools

      Great company, fun environment. Also pigs do not fly by here on the weekly, fun fact.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than the rest but in this economy you take what you get, I have a family of 4 and we are hardly getting by
