      one of the worst places I've ever worked

      Pros

      they treat people baddly so they are forced to pay better than average wages. I would rather take a much lower paying job than stay there, which is what I did.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, no leadership at all. You are a resource to be consumed then disposed of. I worked there for 2 years in that time my location had a turnover rate (voluntary) of ~ 40%

      -Peers are generally leaders in the industry -Relationships amongst peers are friendly -Resources are at your fingertips -Decent job stability

      Cons

      -Zero salary and bonus transparency -Undervalue promising young colleagues, which is why the majority leave -Very outdated technology -Slow career growth -Cutting nickels and dimes at every corner, which makes it harder to feel valued and also more difficult to perform my job in certain instances
