Pros

Small group all passionate about the brand and its iconic cars. Customer experienced focused. Dealers are equally passionate about the product thus made working with them truly enjoyable.

Cons

Times that the management message from home office in Italy is correct for their market but doesn't always work/translate for the American market. Being a small group is good but makes it somewhat difficult for those seeking advancement to have the opportunity - only with time and people changing/leaving do opportunities open up.
