Pros

amount of time off given - can either work a 37.5 hour per week compressed work week or have an extra 17 days of vacation off per year. Pressure isn't too bad, little to no overtime required.

Cons

It's a cost center more or less so it can be pretty boring, processing invoices, reviewing P&Ls. Office is small so opportunity for promotions come few and far between. Work with Oracle that was customized by the company so it is not reliable.

Pros

My employer worked very hard to accomodate my slim availability due to college classes and wanting a normal life for my age.

Cons

More stress than compensation. Worked as hard or harder for 1/3 of the GM pay. It was a lot of pressure.

Pros

Money...being reason one. Its minimum wage for me, but its a job. If you have trouble multi-tasking you will get better.

Cons

Disrespectful customers. Fast-pace and lobby full of customers cause conflict and arguements between workers & or managers.
