Pros

I've met a lot of people, and gained experience in customer service and other areas that will help me to prosper in other aspects of life.

Cons

Rude Customers are a pain, and sometimes the managers take their authority over board. &Getting called in on an off day is VERY aggravating. They need to learn how to hire more workers off of QUALITY not QUANTITY.

Pros

McDonalds is a good starting job for those entering the workforce for the first time. You learn valube customer service skills that are beniefical when going into other jobs such as retail, etc. The job is easy and it's pretty easy to advance.

Cons

It's the type of job you have to swallow your proud to make. This job starts out at minimum wage and regardless of the position; this isn't a job that you can get rich from.
