Pros

Acquire much experience here. Interaction with staff and customers varied all the time. Once you've worked at mcdonalds you've seen it all.

Cons

Customers are rude and incompetent. You must develop a thick skin in order to face them everyday. Hours are flexible.

Pros

The Pay is extremely low and it is very difficult to get a raise. I worked there over 19 months and my first raise was only 50 cents an hour. The district managers are strict and do not really help and are basically invisble from the stores. They may visit the stores once a year. Cash Handling could be better.

Cons

If you work hard, you can advance possibly, store managers are usually great as mine was. Will work around family emergencies, do provide some incentives and benefits. Do provide commission for sales on counter. Giving good customer service opened to door to me getting my current job elsewhere. Relaxed dress code.

Pros

Decent job while in college (tuition reimbursement). Good health insurance. Profit sharing.

Cons

Having to maintain an open schedule including overnight shifts. The right arm doesn't know what the left is doing.
