Pros

Very good place to advance if you are willing to work hard and accept that the restaurant business requires long hours and attention to detail.

Cons

Work becomes routine and boring after a while. Employee turnover is high sometimes due to job demands, sometimes due to employees not willing to work hard.

Pros

free food, flexible hours, and its something your familiar with. Theres always one close to home so your never traveling very far.

Cons

monotonous, minimum wage. Its something you could get sick of if you dont pace yourself. It takes alot of patience.

Pros

They were very flexible with my schedule. As I am a college student, my availability changed from semester to semester. They were good with working with me.

Cons

For a long time we were understaffed which meant we never had enough people to do things the way they should have been done. Because of that, it was very stressful! Then, they over-hired, so everyone's hours got cut way back -- I went from 25 hours a week to 8!
