Pros

The best reason to work here is as a first-job, or a short-term summer thing to make some extra money. The pro's are that there are mccdonald's on every corner.

Cons

Food industry can be harsh -- customers can be rude. Working in the kitchen can get hot.

Pros

Decent bonuses, great crew, profit sharing, free food, and that's about it for any pro's of working at mcdonalds imo.

Cons

60+ hours/week, low pay, poor communication between management and employees, all crew are considered numbers and a means to get paid more, expected to do everything for low pay, upper management is very buddy buddy. If you displease one person, expect to be blacklisted.
