      - amazing company culture - great benefits - stability - great leadership - innovative - amazing office space - great team - genuinely cared about it's employees

      Cons

      A shame I was let go in such a way. I wish there was more flexibility and grace when in difficult situations like mine. I don't hate this company and I will always say positive things about my time there but I'm sad and disappointed that it didn't work out

      Once you are on your own, its hands off and easy going. Lots of downtime to focus and good support network.
