Pros
The work is generally not too strenuous and there are many great people in the organization. Work is remote and there is no serious effort to move back in office.
Cons
On the downside, there is no true innovation, many people are coasting and trying to avoid getting any assignments, and there is a bi-annual fear of layoffs. Additionally, there are no new hires happening as Cisco management looks to make more with less. Overall, if you want a job with decent pay and not a lot of work while remaining remote then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place that rewards high-quality performance and want to innovate then this is probably not for you.
