It pays well, better than most in the country. The culture is really good, you are free to try new solutions and think outside the box

In some areas being the company so big you start to encounter the “same” issues and there may not be risky challenges, as it may happen in smaller companies. Nor necessarily a con but ir may be depending on what you are looking for
