Cons
The work environment is extremely challenging due to harsh and unprofessional communication. It is incredibly difficult to get in touch with the right people, and the management culture is driven more by ego than by leadership, which creates an atmosphere of fear. Additionally, deadlines are often unrealistic and lack clear guidance or established processes.
