      Pros

      - It is very easy to put models into production thanks to FDA and Fury, internally developed frameworks. - There are a lot of things to contribute and to learn.

      Cons

      - The salary is not very competitive. - You almost always have to use internally developed frameworks. It avoids gaining experience in frameworks that you could use for other companies.
