      Pros

      - great growing opportunities, if you work hard you'll get far in Mercadolibre - great ppl and a very friendly environment it does not feel like work sometimes - you never feel like just a number, you voice always matter, you always have input in the final product.

      Cons

      - salary is not up to the importance of the company and product

      A lot of autonomy for making your own decisions and almost no micro management, at least with my direct leads and the proyects I worked during my time at Mercado Libre.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for growth, even though if you perform well they will assign more complex tasks without pay increase.
