      Pros

      - Nice offices - Very large company - Lots of different projects, and interesting things to find - Lots of internal tooling (this can also be a con) - Possibility of moving up the ladder - Remote friendly (at the time I was employed at least) - Events and stuff

      Cons

      - Pay ok for local standards, but doesn't compete with working for abroad - A bit too "corpo"

      Pros

      Overall, the company has a great culture. Work-life balance is great, excellent salary and benefits, A nice working environment with collaborative colleagues and project leaders.

      Cons

      Management tends to base their executive decisions on intuition with no research or data / metrics to support their strategies, which leads to bad results. Beware of layoffs, their offboarding process is cold and inhumane.
