1. More emphasis on presentations than actual data science work
2. Too much workload to handle mundane tasks
3. Work hours extending till 9 pm literally everyday
4. Rewards and recognition needs to be improved
5. Too much process oriented. For any benefit/policy/work lots of process to follow, and company process is not smooth, multiple follow ups needed
6. If you are a versatile data scientist and looking for a change to improve your horizons - you will definitely be disappointed after joining the company.
7. Not an employee friendly company
