There are no pros to working for this company. There is a reason that their recruiters are desperately contacting possible recruits.

Cons

bad, inefficient, unethical management team. Absolutely no communication, over a decade outdated operating systems, many intoxicated employees. Encouraged to tell white lies to customers in order to make sales. Sales commissions are not achievable if you are not willing to work weekly overtime. If you have any dignity or integrity run in the other direction.

Benefits is about the only thing and some mid level management is awesome!

Cons

Micromanaged, decisions made are not in the best interest of its employees. More than 3 AVP's in 5 years. Not cometitive in the market uw guidelines strict, agents not held accountable for unethical behavior!
