Pros

MetLife is one of the best employers to work for in the world. The benefits are very competitive as one would expect being employed by one of the top insurers. PTO is plentiful with the ability to carry 80 hours over to the next year. Work Life balance is the culture, and most teams are very flexible on Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office work.

Cons

Compensation is not top level like it should be for a Company this size with complex products. Base and Bonuses should be similar to other partners in this space, but overall average to above average for industry standards
