Good people to work with. Becoming more focused on skills development, AI, agile.

Cons

A lot of layoffs a year ago but stable now and starting to grow again.

Pros

Work life balance does not exist. Been on mandated overtime 5-10 hours a week since April and they keep pushing it. It’s now through October. They took away our early outs prior to holidays they do not staff effective

Cons

No work life balance Been on mandated overtime 5-0 hours a week A lot of run around from upper management Do not staff properly Pushed mandated overtime April till October Upper management is not ethical only move people up if they like them

We cannot change the mentality of employees who are working in the same company for 10+ years and they don’t accept innovation
