Pros

potential to earn decent money after 5-6 years, but do not go out and sell all your "Natural Market" aka friends and family. someone new to this business will be told many things most of which are false you do not want to pass on bad advice in your first few years to family and frends.

Cons

Potential to be broke after 5-6 years. Management will always try to tempt you with the thought of making tons of money but the fact is you will earn very little the first few years in the business. It takes years to build a book of business and as your book grows so do your COGS after 5 years you will pay in excess of $14K to work for the company over $300 a week in real dollars not commission so commission wise $500 a week just to pay the bills without lead fees.
