Pros

amazing company with never say die attitude, tremendous pressure at work but so is cut throat competition. this pressure is amazing to get the best out of you nice positive pressure and so are rewards

Cons

need to work on reward and retention policy, extra ordinary work is generally not rewarded for. i guess need to work on that and thus retain best of employees

Pros

I did not work in a big center but a field sales office. So had the advantages of a large company - such as great benefits and wide opportunity as well as the benefits of a smaller office - more informal atmosphere and a close knit staff.

Cons

Very structured. Not much creativity needed. "Corporate" was somewhat demanding and inflexible. Not too much Con actually.

Pros

Great company, great brand, and great products. Local support is good. Training and resources are abundant. Benefits are great and the retirement and matching 401K are excellent. Compensation is very competitive and the people are great to work with.

Cons

Customer service is very poor and often causes more problems than they fix. If you don't need all of the benefits and services they provide advisors you will still have to pay for them in the form of giving up part of your commission. IT is behind and needs improving.
