      Good place to start- has an initial salary while learning

      Cons

      success is dependent on playing the game their way- don't try to open up brokerage or wealth management accounts- everything is geared towards selling their proprietary products, including your pay. the company is downsizing and combining firms so there is lots of upheaval.

      Once upon a time Met was a great place to work. Caring, truly interested in the welfare and well being of their employees.

      Cons

      Due to many changes in management, changes in attitudes towards employees is also changing. Salary has historically been on the low side for non Exec positions.
