High pay, good perks, unlimited budget for travel, office equipment, etc.

Cons

RTO is the biggest con. On top of that, the culture is one of move fast, break things. This involves working continuously, but not stopping to think. It is always tearing around completing projects and moving on to the next, but there seemed to be no grand strategy (at least in my group), no time to figure out how best to analyze a given set of data to get the best insights, no follow-through on any project based on learnings from tearing through it the first time (unless some very senior person disagrees and starts caring enough to ask questions).

The range of problems and the speed with which you work is great. Good Benefits and Pay.

Cons

Horrible WLB, especially if you are on a bad team or manager. And it's a very punitive culture, and no one will provide any support.
