Pros

- Strong leadership. - Plenty of benefits and perks. - Competitive salaries. - Many career resources to help you develop yourself and build a path at the company. - Working with smart people that add up to your career and job on a daily basis. - Really strong culture that has stayed that way despite fast and constant growth.

Cons

- Despite having improved, the company is still heavily US and Europe-centric. - Reduced growth opportunities if you are not based in the US or some European locations. - Constant company growth sometimes translate into ever-increasing complex structures that make your job more difficult. - Work and life balance is a challenge that is perceived by almost everyone at the company, but felt differently across locations. Offices outside of the US tend to get less headcount and, with that, you might be working longer hours to make sure you're doing everything you need to.

Pros

At Facebook, we have the opportunity to work with some exceptionally smart people, tackle big challenges, and make a real impact. The workforce is as diverse as the communities we serve. The company is providing the best possible care and resources to help all of us thrive — at work, in our personal life, and across every life stage, so we can focus on our mission of bringing the world closer together. Through Life@, Facebook offers a wide range of benefits in areas including health, family, finance, community, and time away. I highly recommend this amazing company. It doesn't get better than this!

Cons

Nothing I can think of.
