The culture is the real selling point here. Facebook looks to leverage people's passions. The focus on strengths, openness and care is so refreshing. Facebook takes care of its employees to a degree I never could have imagined, and there always innovating to do even more. No matter where you come from, it's trafficky to get to the offices in MPK.
