      Pros

      Microsoft could be one of the few dream employers out there. Great products, getting back to cool and innovative.

      Cons

      Upper management in Sweden is busy writing books and attending conferences. Meanwhile at the office middle management pushes sales programs around and micromanages. If you don't make your "ACR" target you're punished, doesn't matter if you're in sales or an architect in the customer success unit. Huge salary spread without any motivation, which vertical you're in is a lottery.

      Pros

      Everybody come in Microsoft Dublin to have the opportunity to move in the other Microsoft office.

      Cons

      Everything.... Management : useless and will spend time to hide problem, so just do not ask anything from them. If they do not manage to hide te problem then you will be tag as the problem. Colleague : it will be asked to be more friends with your colleague than work with them. It is all about networking and the image you have (no matter your work is usefull). Work : Inside Sales is a total mess (where closing deals is not really what people look at, people prefer pay atention to what you are able to pretend to be) so you better work on yourself than the market (studies, certification,...)
