Best benefits I've ever had in career, a company that truly cares about its workforce.
Cons
Base salary could be better. A constant ego battle, it doesn't matter how good you are at your role, your manager will keep on saying phrases like "I lost credibility in you, we expected more, you're here because I let you be", and so on. However, if you're good doing presentations then they will promote you, so work on these skills and you'll be fine, I promise that. If you decide to move to another team you need to do the entire process like if you were external, I find it redundant.
